Extended Learning Opportunities in High School
Extended Learning Opportunities in High School
High School Scheduling for next school year is underway and High school counselors are currently helping students create their class schedule. Recently, a Parent University was held on Zoom to share information with families that have students in grades 8 – 11 about extended learning opportunities in high school. A variety of topics was covered, from credit checks and X2 portal to AP, Dual Enrollment Update, CTE, VPA and JROTC. This was an opportunity for students and parents to hear about the variety of options they have when creating their high school schedule to support their goals after high school graduation.
