Mrs. Chelsea Seabrease was born and raised on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland. She graduated from Salisbury University in December of 2009 with her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. Prior to graduating, she began her first teaching experience at Glen Avenue Elementary School as a third-grade teacher. In 2012 she received her master's degree from Wilmington University in Educational Leadership. During her time of hire, Mrs. Seabrease was excited to join her new team, but little did she know that she would be fortunate to call Glen Avenue home as she furthered her career in education. In 2014 Mrs. Seabrease became a Math Intervention Teacher where she had the opportunity to share her passion for mathematics with all students that she worked with. In 2017 she was named Assistant Principal of Glen Avenue. Mrs. Seabrease is dedicated to the staff, students, and families that she services. Her "Gator Pride" is evident in her enthusiasm and her belief that every student will succeed with the support of the Glen Avenue team. Mrs. Seabrease resides in Hebron, Maryland with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Preston and Quinn. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Madison O'Leary was born and raised in Wicomico County. She graduated from James M. Bennett High School, then left the Eastern Shore to attend Shepherd University where she played Women’s Lacrosse. After her Freshman year, she made the decision to return to Salisbury where she continued her education at Salisbury University, graduating with a degree in Elementary Education. Madison began her teaching career at Fruitland Intermediate School, where she taught 3rd and 5th grades. She left the area for a year and taught 4th grade in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. Madison returned to teach at Fruitland Intermediate in the Fall of 2019. Upon returning, she decided to go back to school herself, graduating from Salisbury University with her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Madison loves competitive sports. Since stepping off the field, she has moved on to coach youth sports for both SUSC and Fruitland Falcons. From coaching kids to participating and volunteering for various fundraising events, Madison has always been an active member of the Salisbury community, Madison's true passion is motivating, encouraging and driving students to succeed, especially those in Wicomico County. She believes that no impact she makes is too small and that every student should understand that they can make a difference in their school, their county and their world.
