Ms. Antionette Perry

Antionette Perry grew up in Worcester County and graduated from Stephen Decatur High School. She began her career with Wicomico County Public Schools as an instructional assistant at Salisbury Middle School. Later, she returned to school, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Sojourner-Douglass College. Two years afterward, she earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, where she was valedictorian of her class.

With 26 years of experience in education, including 16 years in administration, Mrs. Perry is a dedicated leader. Her mission is to provide excellent teachers and resources to foster lifelong learners, and she leads with authenticity and integrity. Mrs. Perry inspires excellence through high expectations, accountability, and collaboration, all while advancing the shared educational mission with passion and purpose.

She enjoys singing, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Perry has two children and one grandchild. She is excited to be part of the West Salisbury Elementary family.

Dr. Keoshia Warner Chaibou

Dr. Keoshia Warner Chaibou

  • Assistant Principal

Dr. Keoshia Chaibou is a product of Wicomico County Public Schools. She graduated from Wicomico High School in 2007. She then received her bachelor's degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Salisbury University in 2012. Dr. Chaibou then pursued her master's degree in Psychology from Capella University, earning the degree in 2017. She then earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2022. Dr. Chaibou began her teaching career in Dorchester County Public Schools. Over the course of six years, she taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. She then transferred back to her home county in 2018, where she taught 5th grade, became Dean of Students, and then Assistant Principal at East Salisbury Elementary School. Dr. Chaibou looks forward to continuing her educational leadership career as Assistant Principal at West Salisbury Elementary. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and other close relatives, traveling, and being a lifetime learner.
